Ekundayo - my computer is fixed and I made this beat in 20 minutes
So, to give you a little insight into the naming process for this one, I think the main reason I decided to call it "my computer is fixed and I made this beat in 20 minutes" was because my computer is fixed and I made it (this beat) in 20 minutes. I think that's the best way of describing it. Oh, by the way, the second half is much better, so don't turn it off until then. Really.

I love the sound in the background, the one that sounds like the THX sound. Do you ever do anything on the Neptunesy side of production, or the Timbaland synth sound? And, yes, I suppose I am THE orion. I just figured out that you know Robbie.

He talks about you from time to time, and seems to be amazed that I haven't met you yet.
I feel like there are already things about those sounds that are incorporated into the background of how I'm making things... nothing directly ripped from those styles but definitely related. I think Timberland and the Neptune's developed their sounds by listening to some of the same stuff I listened to back in the day... everything's a natural progression.
the 2nd half is beautiful-- but please, let's not forget the 1st half. I mean, it's 1st! It's got such great barely leashed momentum.
What's up with the heat? Can somebody tell Ekundayo to bring the temperature down, damn! Making all my snow melt.
